After taking a short break last year, we are beyond excited to bring back the magic of The Ice Palace. Our family is already hard at work creating another breathtaking experience filled with sparkling ice tunnels, towering sculptures, and enchanting winter fun for all ages.While the exact location and details aren’t ready to share just yet, we promise it will be worth the wait. Located in between Rexburg and Rigby Just off Hwy 20, take Exit 325. As a reference, we are 20 minutes from Idaho Falls, 1 hour from Pocatello, 2 hours 30 min from Twin Falls, and 4 hours from Boise, Idaho.

Come Enjoy our new enchanted forest horse-Drawn Sleigh Ride

$8/per person | (2 and under are free!)

Under beautiful winter sky, embark on an enchanting sleigh ride through the woods and along the Snake River. Horses adorned with jingling bells will lead you through a snow-covered wonderland filled with new light displays, beautiful views, stories from the Youngstrom kids’ childhood and whimsical music. This 12 minute ride will enhance your experience to your visit and create a memory you’ll cherish forever.

* Must purchase an Ice Palace ticket to access sleigh rides. Ages 2 and under are considered lap riders and are FREE! Missed sleigh rides are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Jim and Shannon Youngstrom, their 6 kids and now their children’s spouses are all involved in making the ice palace every year! Jim’s great grandmother traveled from Norway to move to the United States. He remembers her telling stories of her life. The Youngstrom name came from Sweden and we are proud to continue the Scandinavian heritage here in the States! We are beyond blessed to have such a hard working crew of men and women teaming up to make this happen!

The Ice Palace is so much fun!!! My son loved the lit up different colors and the sledding!!! My daughters favorite part was the fire show and the sleigh rides (shes a big horse lover) My husband and I enjoyed all of it and watching the kids have a blast with it all! If you have younger ones the olaf and Elsa are a lot of fun too!! Highly recommend it!! We'll be going back every year!

A legit winter wonderland for people of all ages! Just when you think you've seen it all they sprinkle in a bit more magic!

We loved it so much that our group wants to go back! The Ice Palace is a wonderful place to visit and great place to make memories! So much to do! They were wonderful to work with, an extremely helpful, and kind staff!
